Being a big fan of film, I was excited to finally upgrade to Blu-Ray and collect high definition titles. What a disaster that was given to purchase this product. Literally, from day one, I had problems with skipping, pausing and not playing Blu-Rays. After two firmware updates still did not work, so I sent to shop in New Jersey, where they have solved the problem. It worked fine for 90 days, now will not play Blu-Rays at all. So, once again, that was back in the shop where they ordered parts and I am waiting to see if they can solve the problem. I was on the phone with technicians 10 times and everyone agrees that provide greater technical assistance on this product than any other. E 'strong, slow, unreliable and a huge disappointment. Save headaches and frustrations and do not buy this player …
