This player is to negotiate the price, it sells for less than half of its MSRP is a bit 'slow, but the PQ and sound quality of sound is very good compared to other BD player in this price range, he is also a very good CD player with a better DAC. Instead of converting DVD is very good too. There seems to be some problem with the titles Fox has played on some of these players manufactured in Malaysia, the mine was manufactured in Japan, I tried most of my Fox DVDs have all worked OK. None of the comics that I have had problems with the player. I am very happy with this purchase of quality, I wish I could get rid of my Sony BDP-S350 BD 5F1D and get a second for my other TV.
Profile 2.0 players are not practical at this point the content (it is not enough and the download speed), Profile 1.1 is good enough for watching movies, I use my TiVo for Netflix / Amazon and all other on-line orders .
if your budget is $ 300 go for this player, which is to negotiate, select while they are still available. Pioneer BD players will be cheaper, I almost bought for $ 600 a few months ago, but for some reason I have not, now I saved $ 300 with most bugs fixed with FW, waiting for the DTS HD MA update.
